A few years ago, after selling Wray Ward to my younger partners, I thought long and hard about what to do next. Maybe there was a way to take what I learned about starting, running, and selling a business that would help other business owners.

From personal experience, I knew how difficult it was to run a small business. It required focus, vision and clarity. Attracting people who could do your job better than you could. And then keeping them. The answer became Laseter Business Coaching. Since getting started in 2007, I have worked with over a hundred business owners across the country, a few struggling and many growing by leaps and bounds.

I act as a coach for my clients, keeping them on track and accepting 100% accountability for their responsibilities and actions. I help them better manage their time, enabling them to do more while not having to spend 12 hours a day working. I also act as their advisor, sharing tips and experiences I had over my 25-year career as an owner. And most importantly, I am there totally for them. Together, we design a future that propels them forward.
